Key Cadillac, Minnesota’s Only Exclusive Cadillac Dealer

History:  In 1965, Bob Schufeldt opened what was then Schufeldt Cadillac, across from Southdale Shopping Center.  In 1973, Adam Stanzak purchased the dealership and Key Cadillac was born.  When Key outgrew its onsite body shop facility in 1985, it purchased a state-of-the-art stand-alone facility – Key Collision & Paint Center.  The dealership enjoyed an exterior renovation in 2001 and a service drive renovation in 2005.  Today, Adam Stanzak remains the Dealer Principal with his son, Michael Stanzak, operating as President.

Vision:  The vision at Key Cadillac is to continuously meet and exceed customers’ expectations, both in sales and service.  According to Michael Stanzak, President of Key Cadillac, the dealership trains employees to be proactive listeners and to perform with a “do it right the first time” mentality.

Community Involvement:  Key Cadillac and its family of employees have always had – and continue to have – strong ties to its community.  There is active participation in such organizations as the Edina Rotary Club, Edina Chamber of Commerce and the MN-ND Better Business Bureau.  Key has also been a major sponsor of both the NCAA Night Out, a fundraiser for cancer, and the national Kidney Foundation’s annual fundraiser.

Awards:  Since its inception, Key Cadillac has been awarded the Master Dealer Award eight times and has most recently been named as a GM Mark of Excellence dealer.
