Dear Mr. Stanzak, I want to compliment your staff for their courteous service last Friday. I brought in my ’02 SLS for 50,000-mile work – brakes, alignment, etc., knowing that it would take several hours. I had an 11:30 appointment and was ready to phone them to postpone the appointment when it was 11:00. Mary N. arranged for Bill to drive me over and at 12:00 he returned and brought me back to Key.
