I have been having my current as well as my previous Cadillac serviced at Key Cadillac and have worked with Jerry on setting up the appointments, etc. for several years now. This last time, I had an oil leak and I knew I had to drive to Duluth on Saturday and didn't want any issues on the trip and while Jerry said that they were pretty booked for Friday, he said he would make it work and to bring it in. Dan Nelson took charge of my 2011 DTS and with the shop team discovered my car (4 months old) had a bad front left wheel bearing causing a buzzing sound up front.
