Service Night Drop Procedures

For your convenience, Key Cadillac has an after hours service drop box. This is most frequently used when dropping a vehicle off the night before a scheduled repair or when a breakdown occurs.

When using this service pull in on the north side of our building facing the Chipotle restaurant. There is an envelope container to the right of the large glass service doors. Take an envelope and completely fill out the information requested- name, phone number, vehicle year and model, concerns or repairs requested, etc. Drop your keys in the envelope and deposit the envelope in the mail slot near the bottom of the large glass service garage door. Your vehicle will be checked in the following morning. It may be a good idea to call if there are issues you could not note on the envelope or if someone has not followed up with you by 10 AM.

Please note if your vehicle did not have an appointment, there is no guarantee it will be looked at the next business day. We make every effort to look at and repair each vehicle as quickly as possible but occasionally our work load is so high we may have to announce some delays.
